I'm a talent acquisition leader currently located in Minneapolis who has spent the last decade building recruiting functions from scratch at high-growth tech companies. I'm drawn to the zero-to-one problem: the messy, ambiguous work of building something that didn't exist before.
Outside of work I'm equally restless. I cook obsessively, study languages I'll probably never be fluent in, and spend too much time tinkering with AI tools on my home server. The throughline is always the same: I want to understand how things work and make them work better.
